This week, In Elm class we explored the exciting topic of Chinese New Year celebrations! We learned about Chinese traditions, including how families prepare and celebrate the festival. One of the highlights of our week was making chow mein - a delicious Chinese noodle dish. We also tried writing numbers in Chinese.
